Three New Service & Support Programs
GL Applied Research has introduced three new programs designed to enhance our support of both new and existing Photometric Analyzer installations.
90 Day Lamp Assembly Warranty
Lamp assemblies in all GL process color measurement instrumentation are covered by a no questions asked warranty. The user simply contacts GL for a Return Authorization and ships the burned out or defective lamp prepaid.
Extended Lamp Assembly Warranty
Purchased at a nominal charge along with the original analyzer this optional coverage extends the lamp assembly warranty to one full year!
Refurbished Component "Swap" Program
GL has initiated a special Refurbished Component "Swap" Program for key components and assemblies that are out of warranty. The user contacts GL for a Return Authorization and sends the defective part to us prepaid. Within 2 working days, we will ship an equivalent fully-tested refurbished replacement. Savings up to 50% of the cost of new.
